.... Red Spade is organizing Sundown Festival for the 3rd year. I'm glad I saw LM.C and SuG last year. So they thought they'll do a revolution and bring in more artistes. \ yay asian music /

Lol even on their Facebook wall they stated that Jrock and Kpop was controversial. I'd cry if they bring in Justin Bieber and a heavy metal band at the same time.

So I randomly tweeted this sentence that came to my mind, "The event has to compliment the event."

Lol. Will ARASHI perform for this? No. How about, will any boyband from Johnnys' Entertainment perform for this? No.

Will X JAPAN/Gackt/VAMPS/GD/TOP/BIG BANG/SUPER JUNIOR perform for this no? (ask yourself how much you pay for a kpop fanmeet/autograph session before your mind blows you up)

It's like asking them to play at a community center please. It's like asking GazettE to play at the back lanes of Bugis Street. Plus there's this 78 bucks special priced ticket right? The artistes need to live please, or at least, smoke.

On a side note, making people guess the upcoming artistes. 1) Rises hope for impossible artistes, lmao. 2) People, you do not live in your own world, things do not happen like how you want it to be. 3) Can you even afford to book the F1 pit with your pocket money lmao. 4) Wrong spellings and fans correct your spelling on Facebook - okay if some people spelled NEWS as NWS or spivstates as spitates, I'll rage up as well. 5) They're just doing this to rise your tension, to make you check their FB page daily, you know, it's a marketing strategy.

Bringing an overseas band IS NOT AS EASY AS buying ice cream, cheating in an exam, lying to your parents. (lmao my examples i cry cry)

Think about the money factor -

How many microphones? And anal vocalists, "SORRY I ONLY USE XXX BRAND TO SING"

YOU NEED TO SET UP A STAGE AT THE F1 PIT DARN IT.

(manpower tear down and set up, lights and sound)

You need to hire security guards because crazy fangirls wanna rape the artistes.

You need to hire cleaners because Singaporeans are trying but not giving enough effort.

You think the ushers tearing your tickets no need to be paid?

Lol the emcees need to be commissioned as well. (they get paid for talking, TALKING)

And there are still so many things not factored in.

Flight.

Accommodation.

Transport. (lol i know Singaporeans are very good at "booking 100 Comfort cabs")

Media - press conference, photographers, venue, /SECURITY/, artist fees.

(yes because some artistes are like, "I'll only sing 5 songs. If 1 more, you have to pay me USD1000 more)

Then they'll print your posters. Get some advertisements and all. (Facebook is a weak marketing tool itself.)
